Renew Your Certification

DWLCA certification is valid for 12 months. Submit your renewal at least 60 days before expiry so the annual onsite audit can be completed before your certificate lapses.

Renewal fees

Each additional method scope	$500
Late renewal Renewal submitted after the expiry date. A 30-day grace period applies; after that, the lab must re-apply as new.	$350
Reinstatement after suspension Charged before the verification re-audit that lifts a suspension.	$1,000
Expedited scheduling (optional)	$750

Renewal is not automatic. Your renewal is approved only after the annual onsite audit is completed with no open Critical findings.
